Parental involvement won't fix this

Stepfather sexually abuses 13-year-old girl, gets her pregnant, and with the help of Planned Parenthood arranges a 22-week abortion for her at a hospital. She is sent home with her abuser for seven more months of abuse.

Proposition 4 could do nothing about this case, since, after all, a family member was very much aware of the pregnancy and the abortion. This was a job for mandatory reporting. Which, of course, both Planned Parenthood and San Francisco General Hospital failed to do.

Why they are not charged as accessories after the fact I do not know.

Well, yes, I do. It's California, where the only bad abortion is one that doesn't take place, and the only bad sex is sex that results in a baby.

what's up with the mother of the teenager. how the heck could she let the mood swings, tummy getting bigger, and tons of others signs go unnoticeds. heck i got a teen and i even know when she is on her period. and i ask if i dont see a period or signs of one. usually i am like 2 days before the event. and i work 12hrs a day 5,6,7 days a week. where are these moms that cant see the teens are being abused or that things arnt right.

Yeah, Mom either fell asleep at the switch, was in serious denial, chose to look the other way, or is an amazingly clueless woman.

But remember, it's all about women's rights, ya'll!
